Mindfulness for Life - 8 week course

Discover the power of mindfulness and enhance your wellbeing with this 8-week course. This comprehensive program is designed to guide you through a structured curriculum created by experienced professionals at the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. Learning occurs through experiencing mindfulness during sessions and in between sessions at home. It focuses on building understanding, skills and attitudes that can have a profound impact on how you live your life. Join Jackie, who is a BAMBA-registered trained Mindfulness teacher, and start your journey towards a more mindful lifestyle. The standard rate for the course is £150. There is a discount to those on low incomes who otherwise would be unable to afford to do the course (course priced at £75). You can choose the appropriate rate for you at the end of the booking form. This course is being held at the cosy Merriott Tithe Barn (https://www.merriott-tithe-barn.com/). There are seven weeks before Christmas and one final week to be arranged after Christmas. Parking is available in the gravel car park next to the barn. Accessibility - There are 2 small steps to enter the hall, after which all facilities are on the same level. The double side doors can be opened to make access easier. Please contact me if you have any queries. The retreat day is entirely optional but can be a lovely day of peace and stillness - the date will be confirmed when everyone is booked onto the course. The day will be 10.30 am - 3pm.
