Come on a nourishing mini-retreat on a Saturday morning to reset and tune inwards for a few hours.

Service Description
This is a mini retreat at ARK at Eggwood (near Meriott Somerset) for a maximum of 8 people. Starting at 10am with a drink and brief catch up, we will spend some time in the beautiful surroundings of ARK practising meditation, mindful art practice, mindful movement, walking, and mindful eating (lunch is provided). Finishing at around 2pm with a drink and cake. This retreat is for those who have been on one of Jackie's courses or have some experience of mindfulness meditation. The retreat will be in silence apart from the start and end.
